Perin Nzue Eneme is joining the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC) as Head of Department. He will be in charge of the control of compliance with the tax rules, and he will contribute to the implementation of the CEMAC tax recommendations. He will conduct impact evaluation studies in the six CEMAC countries. He will also oversee the applications of tax firms. He recently collaborated with the IMF on the revision of the CEMAC tax guidelines.

Perin Nzue Eneme is finalizing his PhD on tax resource mobilization in the CEMAC zone at the Université Clermont Auvergne, CERDI and the University Omar Bongo. His research is supervised by Bertrand Laporte (UCA, CERDI) and Gabriel Zomo Yebe (University Omar Bongo). He worked with Moulaye Bamba (B2LH Consulting) on the analysis of the strategies to mobilize tax revenues in resource-rich countries and with Maïmouna Diakité (World Bank) on tax digitalization.

He obtained a Master's in development economics at the School of Economics, Université Clermont Auvergne. He was deeply involved in Clermont's student life and NGO activities.
