12 pm: Julie Bompas analyzes the farmers' strategies to adapt to climate change in her PhD thesis. She will use the tools and methods of experimental economics in her next paper to analyze how smallholders adapt their practices amid the climate crisis.
Catherine Araujo Bonjean supervises her research. Julie Bompas works on climate services as a Research Fellow at the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) Group.

12.30 pm: Chanrithy Lao will present a research project on the economic potential related to ecological services in Cambodia. Sébastien Marchand, Martine Audibert and Pascal Jouquet (iEES) supervise her work.
This research is part of the ECOTERM project, a collaborative program funded by the French National Research Agency. This project focuses on termite mounds and the impact of the insects on biodiversity and the environment, specifically in the Lower Mekong River Basin.
