The CERDI and the LIMOS recruit a PhD student to work on Cryptocurrencies and Monetary Diversity
The CERDI and the LIMOS, two Departments of the Université Clermont Auvergne, collaborate on a new project CRYPTORG, “Cryptocurrencies as Drivers of Monetary Diversity Supporting Novel Organizational Models”.
Ariane Tichit (CERDI, UCA) oversees this interdisciplinary project with Pascal Lafourcade (LIMOS, UCA). They will supervise the PhD candidate in collaboration with Sébastien Marchand (CERDI, UCA).
The selected candidate will conceptualize a multi-currency ecosystem based on community-driven cryptocurrencies and develop a systemic economic model. He or she will be enrolled with the Doctoral School, Université Clermont Auvergne.
Candidate Profile: Master’s degree (Research track) in economics (fields such as political economy, monetary economics, development economics, or social and solidarity economics) or a related discipline.
