Join us in Clermont-Ferrand for a Replication Game

The CERDI is happy to host a Replication Game organized by the Institute for Replication (I4R) on May 29, 2026. Abel Brodeur, from I4R and the University of Ottawa, will be present in Clermont-Ferrand for this game, where participants will engage into a replication of articles published in leading academic journals, using publicly available replication packages.

Researchers, PhD students and graduate students are invited to apply to participate in the reproducibility challenge.

Participants, which will be divided into teams of four, can express their preference in terms of topic, and declare their skill level in the use of various software; the organizers will then attempt to form teams that are homogenous in terms of topics and preferred software.

Participation is free, and CERDI will provide the lunch and the coffee breaks. Master and PhD students attending the Replication Game in person might send a request for a partial coverage of their travel and accommodation costs (up to 500 euros) to abrodeur@uottawa.ca
