PhD seminar. International Aid and Natural Disasters

12h30 : Paul Vernus (CERDI, UCA) will discuss his paper on the "Disaster Spillovers: Assessing the impact of natural disasters on aid to affected and neighboring regions". 

Paul Vernus is working on a thesis on International Solidarity in Financing Climate Change Resilient Development in Africa. Vianney Dequiedt and Florian Léon (CERDI, Université Clermont Auvergne, FERDI) guide his research, which focuses on international relations notably between Africa and the European Union.
