Rabah Arezki is invited to give a keynote introduction at the forum on critical minerals organized by the AFD group (G7-labeled event).
The AFD Group is organizing an online forum "From Research to Action – Critical Minerals in the Mid-Transition" on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The discussions will focus on "Risks, Financing, and Partnerships for a Fair European Strategy." Representatives of international organizations, governments and the private sector, will discuss with scholars about practical solutions based on research findings.
The keynote remarks will be delivered by Rabah Arezki, CNRS Research Director at CERDI and Research Fellow at FERDI, and Myriam Ferran, Deputy Director-General of DG INTPA at the European Commission.
