Natural disasters and socio-economic vulnerability

The CERDI is funding a PhD scholarship in the framework of I-Site Clermont Project CAP 20-25. The successful candidate will contribute to the NatDiVu research projet (Natural disasters and socio-economic vulnerability).

This interdisciplinary projet is mixing environmental and climate economics, finance (insurance) and socio-psychology research fields.

The main objective of the Ph.D. project is to explore the obstacles to typhoon risk insurance demand taking into account the Vietnamese socio-cultural context.
